Our Whiskey

Tennessee Sour Mash, the Old Copper Way

Old Copper is being developed around a classic Tennessee-style whiskey profile: a grain-forward sour mash, copper distillation, charcoal mellowing, and careful aging in charred white oak barrels.

The goal is a whiskey with warm corn sweetness, toasted oak, caramel, vanilla, and a smooth charcoal-mellowed finish.
